Jim is a lifetime resident of Louisiana and graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of Louisiana-Monroe. Jim has over 20 years experience navigating clients over the complex maze of tax, accounting and financial issues. He is partner in charge of the firm's affordable housing department and is a board member on a Housing Agency cooperative. He has worked with national and regional accounting firms on many complex issues.

Gregg is a summa cum laude valedictorian graduate of Boston College Carroll School of Management. He obtained a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and began his career with Big-4 experience with Ernst & Young. He has 30 years experience in business with concentrations in Computer Information Systems, Auditing, Software, Restaurants and Small Business Consulting. He is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and former CFO of a 30-chain national restaurant franchise. He is past president of the Northeast Chapter of the Louisiana Society of CPAs, and board member of several charitable organizations. He received an award for passing the entire CPA exam at his first sitting. Gregg has extensive experience consulting with churches, schools and non-profit organizations and has a Masters of Divinity from Boston College School of Theology and Ministry.
